Product Policy

All MYCOAUDIO pieces are handcrafted using natural materials such as clay, mycelium, and other organic compounds. Because of the living nature of these materials and the artisanal processes involved, each unit is unique. Subtle variations in color, texture, small surface marks, or fine cracks are not considered defects, but rather part of the piece’s identity and authenticity. Each product is individually crafted, tested, and inspected before shipping. Natural irregularities are expected and celebrated as a hallmark of craftsmanship. Please handle with care. These speakers and objects are fragile by nature. With thoughtful use and proper handling, they will age gracefully and remain a lasting companion.

Return & Warranty Policy

All sales are final. MYCOAUDIO does not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been received in working condition. Proof of malfunction must be provided by the client through clear photo and/or video documentation. In cases of proven manufacturing defect, MYCOAUDIO may, at its sole discretion, authorize a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery.

Return shipping: including full insurance coverage, safe packaging, and all associated costs — must be arranged and paid entirely by the client, even in the event of a return due to malfunction.

MYCOAUDIO is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring during return shipment.

MYCOAUDIO cannot be held liable for:

• Damages resulting from mishandling, modification, or improper installation by the client.

• Cracks, marks, or variations inherent to the natural materials used.

• Damages caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging or uninsured transport.

By purchasing or commissioning a MYCOAUDIO product, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions and understand that each object is a singular, handcrafted work.
