All MYCOAUDIO pieces are individually handcrafted, tested, and inspected before shipping. Due to the artisanal processes involved and the use of living, natural materials, production time may take up to six weeks. Each unit is made one at a time, ensuring its uniqueness, quality, and integrity.
MYCOAUDIO objects are crafted using natural materials such as clay, mycelium, and other organic compounds. Because of the living and organic nature of these materials, each piece is inherently unique. Subtle variations in color, texture, surface marks, or fine cracks are not defects, but integral elements of the object’s identity and authenticity. These natural irregularities are expected and celebrated as a hallmark of craftsmanship.
Please handle with care. MYCOAUDIO speakers and objects are fragile by nature. With thoughtful use and proper handling, they will age gracefully and remain a lasting companion. Cracks, marks, and variations that occur naturally over time are part of the material’s character and evolution.

All sales are final. MYCOAUDIO does not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been received in working condition. No returns will be accepted after 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery.
Return shipping — including full insurance coverage, safe packaging, and all associated costs — must be arranged and paid entirely by the client, even in cases of malfunction. MYCOAUDIO is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring during return shipment.
Each product is carefully packaged prior to shipment. MYCOAUDIO cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or delays that occur during return shipping, especially when caused by inadequate packaging or uninsured transport arranged by the client.
In the event of a suspected manufacturing defect, the client must provide clear photo and/or video documentation as proof of malfunction. If a defect is confirmed, MYCOAUDIO may, at its sole discretion, authorize a repair, replacement, or partial refund. MYCOAUDIO cannot be held liable for damage resulting from mishandling, modification, or improper installation by the client; for cracks, marks, or variations inherent to the natural materials used; or for damage, loss, or delays occurring during return shipment due to inadequate packaging or uninsured transport. By purchasing or commissioning a MYCOAUDIO product, the client acknowledges and agrees that each object is a singular, handcrafted work and that natural irregularities are not considered defects.
